Patches are cool for pirates, but not for operating systems.
Microsoft released 4 patches fixing 20 vulnerabilities. Here's the story. Given the previous cycle of patch, exploit, worm we've seen over the past year or so, I'd say the likelyhood of a worm coming out in the next several weeks approaches 100%.
Batton down the hatches and apply your patches!
